First Ever Capitol Crimes Coffee Hour
Join host Jim L’Etoile and other crime writers for a casual afternoon sharing the joys and pains of writing crime fiction. Whether you’re deep into your writing career or just getting started, we’d love to see you in person and hear about your successes and challenges. Writing can be a lonely calling and we’re all looking for ways to connect in real life, so bring your favorite (nonalcoholic) drink and enjoy the company of others who can’t resist the lure of (fictional) crime!
Face in a Book Bookstore has graciously offered to host our meeting, and we’re sure you’ll enjoy browsing their shelves. There are also many great restaurants nearby, so you may want to plan to enjoy lunch or dinner in the area as well!
Registration is encouraged so we can plan, but drop-ins are welcome!
We are the Sacramento, California chapter of Sisters in Crime. We promote the ongoing advancement, recognition and professional development of women crime writers.
