Please join us on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. PT with Terrence P. Dwyer as he discusses the many legal issues writers have to face, from copyright laws to the pitfalls in setting up an independent publishing company. He founded Legal-Eaze for Writers.

Terry Dwyer, retired from a 22-year career with the New York State Police, is a professor and attorney teaching legal studies at Western Connecticut State University.

He is also an author and a playwright. He wrote three textbooks, the most recent being Homeland Security Law: Issues and Analysis and he is a featured columnist for Police1.com. His new play Depositions premiered in Scranton, PA and his new book The Badge Between Us was recently published.
